Dog Poop - Same Issue, Different Newsletter
Please be aware that anyone caught not scooping their dog's poop will be fined.
Do us all a favor and pick up after your pet!

You do not need to attend the raffle to win.

Exterminator
It's getting hot out, and bugs are looking for cool places to hang out! Don't let that be your apartment. Please call the office to be on the list for pest control if you have noticed any increased pest activity.

Work Orders
Please leave repairs to our maintenance crew. We are finding that individuals are attempting to fix items themselves and, at times, create an even bigger issue. Clear any maintenance or alterations with the front office prior to attempt fixing any issues.
